Taro and Beef or Pork
 

Ingredients:
1 tsp. sugar ˝ C. finely chopped green onions
1 TBS. shoyu (Soy Sauce) 2-3 C. diced, cooked taro
˝ lb. beef or pork 1 tsp. peanut oil or other fat

Cut beef or pork chop suey style; sauté in hot fat for 1 minutes. Add shoyu and sugar and simmer until meat is tender. Add diced taro. Cook for 5 minutes. Add green onions.
Serve hot.
